FAQ rental

  1. Does the rental price include shipping & setup costs? No, It’s not include, every order will have additional cost for logistic and man power set up, depends on how is the size of events, and we always compare to Online Transport truck rental
  2. Do you serve events throughout Indonesia or worldwide ? Temporary we only serve Bali and beyond include island like Nusa penida, Nusa lembongan, Gili, Lombok island, East Nusa Tenggara ( Labuan bajo, Kupang), Surabaya, Banyuwangi, Malang. For Outside Bali will count the Logistic and cargo as separate cost.
  3. When is the best time to rent event equipment including furniture? Minimum 3 days before events, the best is 1 month before, if heavy production or custom made minimum is 3-4 months before events. These is also to check our par stock and availability.
  4. What if the item we ordered is not available? We are based on first come first serve, and we will suggest you others item that maybe suit to your events.
  5. When is the best time to rent a Rodder tent? Same like answer No.3.
  6. What about the payment system? Deposit 50%, 1 day before sending 100% full payment.
  7. How to pay? Transfer / Bank Wire via Flip or WISE, and Cash
  8. Will there be any sudden price changes? The rental price will not change, but we always ask for information on field conditions or we have to do a spot check directly. If the field conditions are very extreme or loading is difficult, additional costs will be charged for logistics and manpower costs.
  9. Some venues require vendors to pay a security and tidiness deposit, but what about Dekor Indonesia/ Blooming Trixy? we  will not be responsible for any security deposits fees, the deposits fee shall be responsible by the EVENT PLANNER / PERSONAL who contact us, BLOOMING TRIXY only sign the DISCLAIMER LETTER that will not broken the VENUE FACILITIES
  10. I want to rent, after the event is over, does the rental equipment become the client’s property? No It is not, all the equipment or production is rental price and still belongs to DEKOR INDONESIA Props.
  11. Is this the rental price or the purchase price? All is rental price
  12. Is there a refund and what if I cancel? here is the Terms & Condition
    CANCELLATION TERM
    – Cancellation confirmation must be made in writing via e-mail.
    – Cancellation fee of 25% applied for 30 (thirty) days notice prior the event.
    – Cancellation fee of 50% applied for 14 (fourteen) days notice prior the event.
    – Cancellation fee of 100% applied for 7 (seven) days notice prior the event.
  13. During the event, will the team be on standby at the location? Is depends on size of events, if only rental than our team will be back when dismantle time, but if Decor and lighting set up, yes our team will be standby, all ransom like meals is provide by us
  14. Are we still open on holidays, public holidays  and national holidays? Yes we are, except Nyepi Days and 1 day before Nyepi
  15. We want to buy event property, is that possible? Yes it is possible, we can do retail also.
  16. What if the rented item is lost or damaged? Any break or lost items will be charge 100 % of the buying price.
  17. How is the cost production or rental during end of years such as Xmas & New years eve? on Xmas the cost of rental or production still normal, except NYE the price will higher double or triple, because we will set up starting from 27th Dec and dismantle on 2nd Jan.
  18. Is this rental price per day or per event? Our equipment all is based on per day basis, not per events, but all price is already inclusive H-1 set up, and On D-Day dismantle, except Rodder tent will be tolerate H-2 set up without any cost.
  19. How to calculate decorative lights such as fairy lights, bulb lights and LED strips? For Fairy light and LED Strip light is based on sqm length, usually we will also see how tight the client wants it to be, and Bulb light is per pcs of bulb rental, all price is include installation and cabling.
  20. How is the quality of the rental item? We will always provide the best quality products, including maintenance. While we can’t guarantee 100% perfection since these are rental items, we guarantee they will look 100% like new, except for the fabric and carpet.
