Hi, we’re DK Groups mean Blooming Trixy, Dekor Indonesia, & DK Wedding & Events. We’ve met before over at DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events) Terms. It’s good to meet you again and we’re really glad you’re keen on becoming an author with us.

Acceptance

By using our site, RSVPing, or attending an event hosted by The DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events)‘,, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Inclusive

All Price is not inclusive Transport, Set-up, dismantle and removal after the event. Any additional cost shall be subjected on any request after the agreement was made. Price is subject to change without any priority unless is already deposit for 50%

Security DepositsSOME VENUE is LOOKING FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM VENDORS/CONTRACTORS, we BLOOMING TRIXY / Dekorindonesia / DK Weddings & Event Planner will not be responsible for any security deposits fees, the deposits fee shall be responsible by the EVENT PLANNER / PERSONAL who contact us, BLOOMING TRIXY  only sign the DISCLAIMER LETTER that will not broken the VENUE FACILITIES.

LOST & BREAKAGE 

Any break or lost items will be charge 100 % of the buying price

Confirmation

We have to receive the confirmation by the latest on 1 (one) month before the event. Otherwise the quotation will be put off.

LOADING & SET UP

The loading, set up and dismantle timing must be set and agreed by the latest 1 (one) week prior the event.

 Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and comply with venue rules.

Event Details & Changes

Event date, time, or location may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify registered attendees of significant changes.

RSVPs, Tickets & Entry

• Valid RSVP or ticket may be required for entry.
• Photo ID may be requested by venue security.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for safety or policy breaches.

Cancellations & Refunds

If an event is cancelled by us, we will offer a refund or credit. Any refund policy will be communicated at the time of RSVP.

Cancellation By Client

• Cancellation confirmation must be made in writing via e-mail.
• Cancellation fee of 25% applied for 30 (thirty) days notice prior the event.
• Cancellation fee of 50% applied for 14 (fourteen) days notice prior the event.
• Cancellation fee of 100% applied for 7 (seven) days notice prior the event.
• The refund will be calculated from how much the deposit has been received (in case the client not yet full paid), but the deposit will be refundable if we have received full payment before event

Conduct

Attendees must behave respectfully. Harassment, illegal activity, or violations of venue rules may result in ejection without refund.

Photography & Media

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to appear in event media unless you notify us otherwise in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content—branding, designs, text, images—remains the property of DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events)‘, or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (ticketing, analytics). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Exclusivity:

All events & decor is exclusive owning by DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events). DK GROUP temporary didn’t have any exclusive work or contract with others or collaboration. Venue, Vendor, restaurant who willing to working long term contract with us is prohibited to promote or work with our competitors. If one of the guests brings drinks from outside, a corcage fee will be charged according to the prices applicable by us.

As require by the client, the event is strictly confidential in all aspect including but not limited to all documentation taken by DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events) Bali employee or spreading the event details to any outsider guest beyond the client knowledge. In case of the above clause purposely or accidentally broken, the client have the right to take action by penalizing the DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events) based on consent of both party.

However, We as events company & suppliers will not take any responsibility should the client cannot identify or provide any prove if this section is violated by DK GROUPS ( Dekor Indonesia, Blooming Trixy, DK Weddings & Events) Bali staff.

FORCE MAJEURE:

If act of God or government authorities, natural disasters or other emergencies beyond a party’s reasonable control make it illegal or impossible for such party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, such party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party without liability.
