PAYMENT TERMS

• 20% covers Deposits : Venue, entertainers and florist, design concept layout,

• 40% covers for further product on lighting, Decor, Bar supplies & food;

• 40% covers for Operational due no less than 1 (one) month prior to the event date.

-All Price is not inclusive Transport, Set-up, dismantle and removal after the event

– Any additional cost shall be subjected on any request after the agreement was made.

– Price is subject to change without any priority unless is already deposit for 20%

SOME VENUE is LOOKING FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM VENDORS/CONTRACTORS, we DK Weddings & Event Planners will not be responsible for any security deposits fees, the deposits fee shall be responsible by the EVENT PLANNER / PERSONAL who contact us, DK Weddings & Event Planners only sign the DISCLAIMER LETTER that will not broken the VENUE FACILITIES

– Any break or lost items will be charge 100 % of the buying price

– We have to receive the confirmation by the latest on 1 (one) month before the event.

– Otherwise the quotation will be put off.

– The loading, set up and dismantle timing must be set and agreed by the latest 1 (one) week prior the event. CANCELLATION TERM

– Cancellation confirmation must be made in writing via e-mail.

– Cancellation fee of 25% applied for 30 (thirty) days notice prior the event.

– Cancellation fee of 50% applied for 14 (fourteen) days notice prior the event.

– Cancellation fee of 100% applied for 7 (seven) days notice prior the event.

– The refund will be calculated from how much the deposit has been received (in case the client not yet full paid), but the deposit will be refundable if we have received full payment before event
